Meet the Founder

I’m Mayuree “Mary” Matlock, founder of Crosspoint Language Group, LLC (CLG). I am a Certified Medical Interpreter (NBCMI, Thai) and a court interpreter credentialed through the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts (ACICP, Thai Tier 1), based in Texas and serving clients nationwide.

I support law firms, healthcare providers, government agencies, and organizations that require reliable communication with Thai and Lao speakers.

Crosspoint Language Group provides specialized Thai and Lao language access services for legal, medical, government, and technology organizations that require accurate multilingual communication.

Born in Udon Thani, Thailand, raised in Saudi Arabia, and now based in the United States, my background is inherently multilingual and multicultural. I founded Crosspoint Language Group to provide accurate, ethical, and professional language access where clarity and understanding matter most.

At the heart of Crosspoint Language Group is a simple mission, to help people understand one another clearly, respectfully, and meaningfully.

CLG provides professional interpreting, translation, transcription, and linguistic consulting services across legal, medical, corporate, educational, government, and faith-based environments.

Testimonials

Real Experiences. Real Results.

"Thai is not highly requested in the Buffalo, NY region but it is almost impossible to fulfill when requested - we were so lucky to have found someone with Mary's high level of skill. We have been graced with the privilege of her serving a few of our customers over the last 2 years, but one sticks out in particular. When she interpreted for a new legal customer who was serving a client in a situation of domestic violence, Mary handled it with the utmost care and consideration of both the client and customer. Although her services were delivered remotely, she still went above and beyond to drive to a local notary in Texas to get some documentational proof of interpreting despite not having been forewarned of this need. We were unaware she would be asked this but she completed the task expediently and without complaint, and we were able to come to an amicable compromise with the customer about compensating her for these additional services requested. She handled the whole situation with poise, grace, and professionalism and the customer complimented her services highly."
