I’m Mayuree “Mary” Matlock, Founder and Principal Interpreter of Crosspoint Language Group, LLC.
Based in Texas and serving clients nationwide, I provide professional Thai–Lao–English interpreting and translation services for courts, law firms, healthcare organizations, government agencies, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and faith-based institutions where accurate communication matters.
My professional background includes federal court roster recognition, multi-state court interpreter credentials, nationally recognized medical interpreting certification, and advanced Thai language proficiency. I remain committed to continual professional growth through ongoing training, credential advancement, and lifelong learning.
Born in Udon Thani, Thailand, raised in Saudi Arabia, and now based in the United States, my multicultural journey has shaped both my profession and my purpose. It has taught me that language is more than words—it carries culture, identity, trust, and human connection.
When I founded Crosspoint Language Group, my vision was not simply to build an interpreting practice, but to create a professional language access firm grounded in excellence, integrity, and service.
At Crosspoint, we believe language access is more than communication—it is a commitment to professionalism, preparation, and human dignity. That philosophy guides every assignment we accept and every client relationship we build.
Crosspoint provides interpreting, translation, transcription, and language access consulting across legal, healthcare, immigration, education, corporate, government, nonprofit, and faith-based settings.
At the heart of Crosspoint is a simple mission:
To help people understand one another clearly, respectfully, and with dignity.
I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity, regardless of language or background. It is a privilege to help bridge cultures, build understanding, and serve clients during some of life’s most important conversations.
At Crosspoint Language Group, LLC, professionalism is rooted in accuracy, ethics, and respect for the dignity of every person I serve. I maintain nationally recognized credentials and uphold established standards across legal, medical, and remote interpreting to provide reliable language access in settings where clarity matters most.
At Crosspoint Language Group, LLC, I follow nationally recognized standards and ethical guidelines to support accurate, impartial, and confidential communication across legal, medical, government, and remote settings.
Guiding standards include:
I believe meaningful language access requires continual learning, professional accountability, and respect for the dignity of every person served.
Professional. Accessible. Seamless.
With fewer qualified Thai and Lao interpreters available locally, remote interpretation makes professional language access more accessible than ever. Crosspoint Language Group, LLC provides secure and reliable interpreting services nationwide — without the limitations of location.
CLG handles the technical coordination so sessions run smoothly from start to finish. Platforms may include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, or telephone-based interpreting, depending on your needs.
Remote sessions are conducted using professional standards for confidentiality, platform security, and clear communication, including HIPAA-conscious and court-appropriate practices where applicable.
Language access made easier — with clarity, professionalism, and dignity.
